We use a holistic mosaic of modalities including existential therapy, gestalt, cognitive behavioral therapy, REBT (Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy), and art therapy. This allows me to be flexible to the client's needs and offer the type of support that works best for them.
Therapy is not about giving advise, it's about walking beside someone, supporting them while helping to navigate the ups and downs of life. It is about assisting the client to set feasible goals and providing the tools to accomplish them. It is about helping others to find freedom, peace, and joy in life, and it is my privilege to do so.
